Refund & Return Policy

At The Organic Cottage, every product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. Because of the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened or used.

However, your satisfaction matters to us:

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.
• Unopened Products: Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Final Sale Items: Certain items (such as limited editions, bundles, or sale items) may be marked final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
